About the Globe Troffers

The idea for The Globe Troffers came about at The Wensleydale Heifer, in Wensleydale (obviously). We’re a group of like minded food and drink loving friends who meet up regularly for foodie excursions together and then separately we pursue our foodie passion all over the world.
We thought it would be good to create a ‘brand’ for our group and then have a forum where we can all contribute our experiences for the good of each other and for the sheer hell of it. This is our first foray into blogging and we’re enjoying the experience so far!

Apols for lack of contributions. Working and sleeping at present eating doesn’t appear to be an option!!!!
However, hope to improve efforts in the near future.
