Valentines supper at the Singhs

Oysters two ways

Just giving Tess a tutorial on how to put pictures up on the blog and discovered this great shot taken at Rick Stein’s fish and chip shop in December 2008.
The oyster frites were sublime (as recommended by Gurdev) and the fresh were magnificent too.
